Clear expectations for early access.
These terms apply when a landlord or property manager creates an account or uses PropertySync3 during its early-access period.
Last updated: 9 October 20261. The service
PropertySync3 is a maintenance-coordination service. It helps users record properties, invite relevant contacts, coordinate repair appointments, keep updates together and retain completion evidence.
It is not an emergency repair service, letting agent, contractor, insurer, legal adviser or guarantee that work will be attended or completed. Urgent risks to people or property must be handled through the appropriate emergency or professional service.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- Account information must be accurate and access details must be kept secure.
- Users must only add properties and personal information they are authorised to manage.
- Secure links must only be shared with the intended tenant, contractor or other recipient.
- The service must not be used unlawfully, abusively, to mislead others or to upload harmful material.
3. Trial and plans
New landlord accounts receive a 30-day trial on the selected plan. No payment is taken when the trial starts, and selecting a plan during the trial does not authorise a charge. We will explain the price, renewal basis and cancellation process before enabling any paid subscription.
4. Landlord responsibilities
The landlord or property manager remains responsible for repair decisions, property safety, legal duties, contractor selection, access arrangements and payments. They must tell tenants and contractors how their information will be used and keep records accurate.
5. Early-access availability
We work to keep PropertySync3 available and protect stored information, but early access may include planned maintenance, faults or feature changes. We may temporarily restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance or service stability.
6. Customer content
Users retain responsibility for information and files they add. They give PropertySync3 permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Content must not infringe another person's rights.
7. Closing an account
An account holder may ask to close an account by emailing support@propertysync3.co.uk. We may retain limited records where reasonably required for security, legal obligations or disputes, as explained in the privacy notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PropertySync3 is not responsible for contractor workmanship, missed appointments, emergency response, business decisions or losses caused by information a user entered incorrectly. Any fuller paid-service liability terms will be presented before payment is introduced.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as early access develops. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@propertysync3.co.uk.
